Why do people think it is illegal to watch child porn online |
according to the law, you CAN watch child porn online but you MAY NOT download it, in a recent case uh...because it is illegal to watch, possess or distribute in pretty much every jurisdiction in the free world. One acquital does not over ride the broad body of law. Try turning yourself in and get back to us. Frankly, your question is very disturbing. What are getting at here? Are you trying to tell pedophiles that it is LEGAL to watch child pornography on line as long as they don't download it? No, it's illegal to have anything to do with child porn. The laws in that area are changing constantly in America and it would be smart to just stay away from it. Because it is illegal. Simply because one person was found not guilty does not mean that the conduct is legal. It just means the prosecutor was not able to prove the elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't think it's just Americans who think it's illegal, it's people all over the world who think that child porn is a disgusting abuse against children....period. Regardless of the legalities of watching child porn, I question anyone who gets their "kicks" watching child porn. Because anyone that looks at a child in the wrong way needs their whackadoodles mutilated in the public square and the parents of these children should be able to be the first in line at the chance to do the to do the whack a doodling! Because it is so reprehensible. It should be punishable by death, to those that make it, watch it, distribute it, or "do it". WRONG! I think you have some issues that you need help with.
