The constables took my my belongings without a WRiT!!


The constables took my belongings without a writ. After taking my belongings i was giving a writ an hour later. The sergeant over the percent admitted that they made a mistake on the civil side of the law. Does anyone know the law in Houston, TX to help me out in this situation??

Naughty constable, chase and book him for a change!
