Reply brief structure in an appeal? |
In a court of appeals, the reply brief of the Appellants, does it have to contain and repeat the assignment or error, statment of facts and issues like the first brief of appellant? We are in the 5th district of ohio...I can't find that answer in the 5th disctrict local rules or the ohio rules of appellate procedure. Ohio is 6th district, and any hints to the structure would be in the FRAP, but that's a boring place to look. The brief structure can be summed up as follows: |
