When a employer makes a final appeal.?

won my appeal for unemployment, but employer made afianal appeal what happens and what is this mean?

It means he/she does not want to pay and they are asking that the petition be re-considered. Sometimes when there is a final appeal, the board will decide in favor of the employer. That is what happened to me.But I hope you win yours.Good luck!
