Are adoption papers legal in a private adoption before a child is born in the state of virginia?

plz would a family attorny answer this thank you

your question could be a bit more clear.
are you a family who has agreed to adopt a newborn, and the birth mother wants to back out?
did you pay her?
are you the birth mother?
and if so, what were the conditions?
a legal answer given in the dark isn't worth much.
