How can I reverse an adoption??! HELP ME!!? |
I had my son at 18, and had to let my parents adopt him for financial reasons. I lived with them of course and have been raising my son since birth. I am now 24 and my son is 5. Now that I am married, I want them to sign custody back to me, but they refuse. Any lawyers out there?? I have spoken with a few that say adoptions are hard to undo. Please help me and my son!!!! Another reason for the official "adoption" was so that my son's father would have no parental rights and therefore no responsibility for child support. I am not wanting money from anyone. I just want my son back. I can already tell you are not telling us what has transpired. looks like you got yourself in a major pickle. but if you love him enough and you have enough cash, your lawyer should be willing to go all the way and help you I'm afraid I don't have any advice but I will say some extra prayers for you that you will be able to get your son back. i would get a laywer |
