If not Abortion, then Adoption RIGHT!!? |
Let's Say!! This is so true. Thousands of children needing homes, love and support. These people who want to take away the rights of woman are not realistic in any way. In some cases there are just no other options. I don't believe for one moment that woman who use abortion as a contraception is acceptable, but I do not agree with the way some people want to take this option away from us. If the tables were turned and people begin to suggest that certain woman HAD to have abortions (due to illness, mental illness, being a single parent) how would they feel having their rights to choose threatened? so its better just to drill a hole in the childs head and discard it like a piece of trash? Certainly not any of the hollywood libs. They don't take care of their own. Abort. its not going to add up to much in society. Probably will have severe disabilities, unable to do anything for itself even. Exactly! How about the children from 0-18 who flounder in the foster system without a loving adult to nuture them. They usually end up caught up in the system and blamed for it. Sure.....Better to murder a baby then have to put up with the inconvenience of having to give him or her a little extra love and attention. Better he should die because his mother made a mistake. Considering that most abortions are performed as birth control I think your hypothetical(rare) situational ethics question is nonsense. ADOPTION yes, my family, does foster care. There are people out there who do adopt these children. As far a mother choosing not to take care of herself, and chooses to do drugs, start charging these women with abuse... Believe it or not there are people who would want to adopt that child. Just because you wouldn't doesn't mean someone else wouldn't. Can you really justify murdering a child? No. The exception does not disprove the rule. just because you couldnt love a kid like this and doesnt think someone who isnt like you doesnt deserve to live, that doesnt mean everyone is as selfish as you. |
