Is there a way to fight a decision that a DHS committee makes? Our whole story is on this web sit http://oregon |
My niece was taken from her parents a birth then adopted out. She was abused in this home until she was 5 then sent back to DHS. They contacted my family to see if we would adopter her so we said yes. They said we had to have an open adoption because my brother signed of his parental rights so we can no longer be considered a relative. Our niece鈥檚 casa got her in the end and we feel this is a conflict of interest on the casa. DHS said that we can鈥檛 appeal or do anything about it. Is their anything we can do? Our whole story is on this web sit http://oregondhs.synthasite.com I've tried contacting you through the e-mail address you gave on this site and it didn't go through. Any explantion as to why? I know a LOT of people who have been directly affected by this organization who could use a connection. |
