WAS HE MY STEPDAD ACCRORDING TO ANY KIND OF LAW IN INDIa?????

My dads younger brother (my uncle)married my mom in 1992 when my dad died. My uncle was usa citizen but we were in india at that time, so when he married my mom,, according to india law(if any) were we his kids legally or by common law, or any indian traditions,,, was adoption even necessary or required for his to be his own kids now,,he did marry our mom and he was our first uncle...does anyone know any website...so were us kids his responsibilty even through no paper work was done,,,,,THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ADOPTION IN AMERICAN,,,,JUST NEED VIEW OF INDIA LAW...THANKSSS.....WE JUST NEED SOME KIND OF PROOF THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR US KIDS STARTING IN 1992 WHEN HE MARRIED MY MOM............

i think...
anyone who marries a woman having kids before their marriage... automatically becomes father / step father of the children of the woman he marries...
no adoption process need to be followed... to legalise the stepchildren... however the marriage between the woman and her second husband has to be a legal one...
does your mother have emotional inclination towards you...? if yes... then she must fight for the rights of her offspring from her first husband...
this is what i believe as a lay-man...
better take advice of some legal expert...
