My dads younger brother (my uncle)married my mom in 1992 when my dad died. My uncle was usa citizen but we were in india at that time, so when he married my mom,, according to india law(if any) were we his kids legally or by common law, or any indian traditions,,, was adoption even necessary or required for his to be his own kids now,,he did marry our mom and he was our first uncle...does anyone know any website...so were us kids his responsibilty even through no paper work was done,,,,,THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ADOPTION IN AMERICAN,,,,JUST NEED VIEW OF INDIA LAW...THANKSSS.....WE JUST NEED SOME KIND OF PROOF THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR US KIDS STARTING IN 1992 WHEN HE MARRIED MY MOM............ i think... |
