I'm 17. My Boyfriend is 21. If we get married is it legal for us to have a baby? Even though I'm not of age

From your perspective, you might think years difference is stupid - and in your particular case it may be, but the laws are made for most people. Anyway...

If you are pregnant now, as hard is it would be you need to talk to your parents. If you and he want to marry and they are okay with it, so be it.

For heaven's sake, if you aren't pregnant don't go get pregnant as a ticket out of the house! If your parent's don't like him or don't approve, he could end up as an RSO! I know it seems like forever, but you'll be 18 before long. I promise!

Yes, as long as you're legally married, it isn't considered statutory rape. It is also legal to have a baby if you want to do so, as long as you're married. If you really want to marry this man, get your parent's written consent and do it. Personally I think you should finish an education so you can provide for your family better, but that's up to you.

If you are married sex is perfectly legal. Having a baby is also perfectly legal - although VERY foolish.

umm..im guessing so because ar eyou already pregnant?? if you ar ewhat are they going to do about it??

I know your young and stuff and all this you read is going to sound like a load of crap..but loving somebody and being together does not mean any more significance on paper ..why don't u wait about 1 or 2 years and live with each other a while and wait on the kid part too cuz its not easy raising a kid especially is this economy .. so i hope some of this soaked it.. lets review no marriage your 2 young no baby your too young and u can love with somebody for ever and not have to put it on paper. good luck..
