Are you for or against foreign adoption? |
Why? Well, since I have a South Korean adopted niece, I'm obviously for it. The big issue is that the US throws up so many obstacles to adoption that it is simply easier to adopt from overseas. People who want to be parents don't necessarily have a lot of money...just a lot of love. For it, I am for it because it's good for the kids as long as the parents are good too. So that is why I am for it. I like things that are good for kids, especially ones that don't have a good chance in life with the parents they were born to. But that's just me. I konw a lot of people hate the idea but I think it is good for the kids and I am all about making sure we take care of the kids of the world. I am for it. There are literally millions of children overseas that need help. For. for it. any child who is put up for adoption is in need. no one has a natural born priority over anyone else. I am not against it. it is up to the individuals .... You cant really be against it. But it is unfortunate that so many kids in their own country cant get adopted by their own people. i agree with kathy When the whole foster system is gone because all the foster children have been adopted and there is no need for the state to take care of artistic children or aids babies because they have all been adopted, then I'll be for foreign adoption. Then I might also listen to these righteous pro-lifers. |
