Wouldn't giving up a baby for adoption be a better alternative than abortion? |
There're good couples out there looking for kids. If a woman doesn't feel as though she's ready to carry the responsibility of raising a child, then why not give it to someone who can? Your reasoning is very sound, and I agree with you. Most times I think this would be the best solution. I am sure there are times when aborting is the only answer, but rare. Stand up for you believe. Yes it would be a better alternative. Why should a woman have to have a man tell her what to do? Its her choice, its her right. Some dont want the trauma of having a child, full stop, and i dont believe any blokes like us even have a say in this. Abortion kills. Giving up a baby for adoption is a very difficult decision to make, but your baby will have a home. Most reliable adoption agencies screen the prospective parents very well and now there are very few babies to be adopted. Of course... unless you are a liberal. Of course... it is the most giving thing that can happen in that situation. That would lead to overpopulation very fast! Yesss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... i think so. Im against abortion so thats what i would recommend. There are too many children out there in the foster system as it is. Moreover, there are many instances where abortion is done for the mother's health or because the baby would be born with a devastating condition and never lead a normal life. Why, so that it can sit in a orphanage for its childhood or so that it can be adopted by horrible people that will abuse it? Get a ****** life. I think you must be a man. There is a bond that forms regardless of a choice to put the baby up for adoption. I think a lot of women have a hard time thinking of being responsible for a fetus/baby in their body for 10 months and then seeing it and giving it up. I am not PRO abortion, but pro choice. I couldn't do it that is for sure, but I think that maybe in a lot of instances for health reasons, the age of the mother, etc there are reasons abortion may be the answer. Yes, there are a lot of parents out there wanting to be parents, but the world is way more populated with children already looking for homes, sad thing is everybody wants a baby!! So the other kids sit in orphanages and foster care because they are not babies! It is a decision only the woman/girl can make , no one should make it for her. But she also should have the opportunity to make a choice. That is very true... I think abortion should not be an option... Why don't you carry a baby for 9 months after you've been raped, abandoned or were the victim of incest? See how much fun it is to go through a painful delivery. Then tell women what to do. If you don't like abortion, don't have one. Well if a woman is home she should take care of it. But if she can`t she should put it up for adoption. absolutely, i mean people do that with unwanted puppies, ya know, why should we give babies that are unwanted to families that really want children Absolutely, I was supposed to be aborted, but at the last minute in the clinic my biological mother changed her mind and put me up for adoption. no matter what, they are both heartbreaking decisions. adoption almost seems worse, cause you feel the baby grow inside of you, then give birth and then give it away! it's just so heartbreaking. but so is abortion. who's to say what is right or wrong. i think it's up to the individual and her situation. yes There are already many kids out there waiting for "good couples" to adopt them. Not all of them, however, are white. That seems to be a problem for many of the childless, white-bred, Church loving, Bible preaching, American couples out there. That's a difficult question. The woman who has an abortion might feel bad about "getting rid" of the child but obversely the woman who gives her child up for adoption might always wonder how the child is doing and if they are being treated properly by their adopted parents. I guess there's no way to know for sure that child would be placed in a good home. It would be a chance that you would have to take. that would be great if more woman could do that but alot of the reasons is they just dont want to be pregnant in the first place. There are some wonderful people out there that would make great parents but cannot. plus once you give birth giving away that child is usually harder than just being pregnant, even if they think they cannot take care of it. Its the bond they have when being born. but again adobtion would be a better alternative than abortion just for the family that could give the child alot of love. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!! There are so many people who can't have children and would give anything to have one. Abortion should be ILLEGAL!!!!! Giving it up for adoption is better then killing it. If they(it takes 2!!!) weren't ready to become parents then they should've thought about that before hand when the deed was being done..a baby is a gift, and when you cant have one or are unsuccessfully trying and people are just "giving" them away it really makes you think on how blessed people are and how selfish they are at the same time, and yes accident do happen, i mean if alot of the people in the world only planned pregnancies, there wouldn't be a whole lot of us!! I'm not a holy roller or anything but when you cant have one it just upsets you No, it wouldn't be. Sorry for the novel, but: i believe adoption is most definitely a better alternative......i'm a female and so the argument that women should have a choice because it's their body blah blah blah is a bunch of bull-hockey....abortion takes away a human life..no way around it...and it's not like the baby has a say in it.....the only way i would even think about someone having an abortion was if it would cause death to the mother to have the baby.... I believe it's imperative that we have laws in our country to allow women the right to a safe and legal abortion if they so choose. There are many situations and circumstances where that may be the best course of action. I believe it is a woman's right to decide if she wants to carry the baby to term, or if she wants to abort it at the very beginning. It's a difficult choice to make, but it's a moral one that should be up to each individual, not the government. abortion is not the answer, once you are carrying a child it not right to abort even if you were seduced and raped, two wrongs does not make it right, there are alot of unfortunate women who cannot bear children you can give it up for adoption, think how fortunate you are that your mom carried you through nine months and did not abort you |
