If you are under construction, how does a home inspection effect adoption? |
If you are under construction, how does a home inspection effect adoption? In most cases, it won't effect it at all. You'll need to be upfront with your caseworker about what the construction is for and when it will be done.. and of course, you won't be able to finish your homestudy until the construction is done (who wants a child running around surrounded by construction..), but considering the normal delays and speed bumps with home inspections anyway, you should be able to finish your construction without adding any true extra time. |
