Anyone can help me with the requirements of adoption in singapore?


Or taking guardianship of my nephew...i understand that i haveto go through a lawyer....i need to know the steps first... i've been married for 2 yrs....no kids yets....will that be an issue? the kids parents r not married....n they r unable to provide 4 him...he is 2 yrs n his younger bro is 8mths... pls help!
