I am looking for any information about RICHARD B. KIRWAN? |
Richard B. Kirwan was an attorney during the 1930's through the 1950's. We do know that he assisted a lot in adoptions out of Kansas City, Missouri, both private and public with a variety of Adoption Agencys or Home Finding Organizations. We also know that while he was working on these adoption cases, he was the guardian ad litem for each child. The social security death index shows 12 men with this name, and nothing clearly links to Missouri and someone old enough to be an attorney in the 1930s. If he died prior to 1960, he could possibly not be found in this index, since that is about when it starts. |
