Do any European country have adult/adult adoptions?

i know that for sure an adult can adopt another adult in the U.S.A. and in Canada.there are a few websites on the subject. But my question is do they have similar adoption laws in European countries?

No. There is no need in Europe since most people over the age of 18/21 are adults. Unfortunately this is not always the case in the U.S.A.
