What can I do about getting my identity back?

I was adopted and my license expired; moreover, my adopted parents are deceased and I have no way of getting into legal files because the files are sealed documents; furthermore, my adoption papers have been lost approximately 20 years ago. I'm now 54 but at that particular time I did receive my license because I did have my adoption papers. How can I get my identity. The DMV won't give me a license because I have no birth certificate.

You need a lawyer.

Gee.....just the beginning of the sperm bank donor problem.

All these missing pieces of who to blame for life.
