What can you do if CPS took your brother's children and lied so that they could adopt them out to the Foster

My brother's children were taken because the baby, 3 months old had unknown multiple fractures. The parents were shocked!! CPS is claiming that they think the dad did it, but they have no evidence except Xrays and have not proven that the baby does not have a bone disease. Instead in court they evaded the issue. They threatened the mom to sew her for thier court costs 68,000 and told her she would lose her children anyways, so she signed over their rights. Now they are trying to arrest the father, but he is innocent. The mom took a polygraph and was found innocent, but the judge would not allow it to be submitted into court. She also divorced to try to keep then. She is foreign and had a hard time communicating in court and they acted like she lacked empathy. Her kids are now gone and up for adoption and the Foster family is trying to keep them. They will not allow any family to have them for fear we will let them around the parents. What can a person do to fight this injustice

Cps lies and does things like this all the time. If I hadn't experienced some of it myself, I would say that your story was a lie. But I have witnessed first hand how they "conveniently" forget to mention any key evidnece or testimony that can prove their allegations may be false. They try to keep from being proved wronged with an iron will. The media roasts cps when it is found out that they have took another kid on false allegations of neglect. So if there is anything that may even hint that they've done this again, they will fight to keep it form being exposed!

It happened to me. But what you don't realize is that by using a public defender, you seal your own fate. Public defenders are useless in most situations and if you have the resources to hire your own handpicked attorney, that will make a world of difference. Public defenders are usually too overloaded with other more serious cases to handle yours effectively. Public defenders are given to you for free by the courts, but in a sense, you are getting what you pay for if you use one.

If I were you, I would hire an attorney asap, or get one from the legal aid society in your state. If I were your brother, I would have tests ran on the baby to see if he has the brittle bone disease. If cps refuses, go to the head of cps and complain until something gets done, if this don't work, start calling your local radio stations, newspapers any media outlet and start making a fuss about what is happening.

The mother should have never let cps scare her into signing over her rights, and if the story is true, cps was using scare tactics to get her to do what they wanted. She signed them over without a fight, so that is going to make it that much harder to try in get the kids back. But if your story is true and you have some kind of merit,, just fight!

Ask the courts for a guard ad litem, or a child advocate for your kids. These folks are assigned to be the voice of the kids in court. They can be vital to your case going smoothly if you get a decent one.

Lastly, don't let cps intimidate you anymore. Learn your rights as a parent and stand firm. There may be enough time to get the kids back, but so much damage has already been done. A good attorney can sort some of this mess out for, and I wish you the best of luck. Google fightcps.com and A.F.R.A.I.D, there maybe some helpful info out there for you. It sure opened my eyes.

Don't fight cps dirtily. Just fight them by proving you are fit parents and that you are not going to be a pushover. If you get the opportunity to speak out in court, do it. Often times cps tries to keep the dirt they do out of the judges eyes, and the only way the judge can make a fair ruling and see what cps is doing, is by letting them know the truth.

I'm not saying rant, but if you have a concern, maybe ask the judge to speak, then voice that your concern is that the child may have brittle bone disease, and you would like for the baby to be tested, or anything. It may work, goodluck!

Get a lawyer.
