Is this illegal or against the law.?

Say a 25 year old woman is under guardianship, with her mother being the guardian. And the 25 year old becomes pregnant, does the guardian have the legal right to make her abort or put it up for adoption? They live in Missouri.

No One really has the right to make you abort, that is totally your decision and especially at 25 years of age, guardian or no guardian. The 25 year old has every right to keep the baby but she might need to find her own place to live, so the guardian dosen't have to deal with the baby in her home. I would think at 25 she is an adult and should be able to make her own decisions.

Is the 25 yo woman disabled in any way? I am assuming not, because she got pregnant... right?
Because, if not, after the age of 18, she is considered an adult, free to make her own decisions & free to suffer the consequences on her own.

If she is just living in her mother's home, then she can leave if she does not like what her mother tells her.

She is 25 and the age of majority no one would have guardianship over her.

She is of legal age to make her own decision and would be under no ones control So it would be a moot point

If she had a disablity that made her need guardianship it might be a different situation but as long as the pregnancy cuased no iminent threat to the girls health I dont see how she could be forced to have an abortion.

Her disablitly would have to be one that rendered her mind usless and unable to make sound decisions.

For the most part at 18 Years old You make your own decisions

Unless the 25-yr-old is mentality disabled there would be no reason, but mentality disabled people have kids, so even that doesnt mean that she would get custody.

nope it doesnt matter where you live no one can tell her what to do

*Why would a 25 yr. old woman be under guardianship?
Was she ordered there by a Court?
Does the Court Still have control over this woman?
Not if she is under supervision of the Court. The Court would decide that.
