Confused about CPS laws....anyone got a clue what I should do?

We adopted two little girls last year, and during the process we were told by numerous case workers that it's texas State policy to keep sibling groups together. This year we found out the girls have a newborn baby brother who is also up for adoption...we want him needless to say. But, CPS wont even give us a chance, or tell us the court dates!!! I am wondering if anyone has advice on how we could fight for this child??? PLEASE HELP!!! If you would suggest a lawyer, please mention the type of lawyer.

I suggest thumbing through the phone books for for a family law attorney, domestic, or even an adoption lawyer. Unless there is a reason why thye won't put the kids togehter, I was under the impression that CPS kept the kids toghether too?! Good luck!
