Women want equality, Then would they agree this would be fair then?

(disclaimer This question applies to unmarried people)

OK the way the law is now if a woman gets pregnant by law she has the choice of (a) having the baby (b) giving the baby up for adoption (c) aborting the baby

The man's choice is none. If the woman want's to have an abortion the man has no way to have the choice to keep the baby. If she wants to have the baby the man has no choice but to pay child suport..

Why is it that we don't have a choice in the matter but we are always accused of not being fair with equal rights for women.

Why is it that both parties have to make the choice of having sex, but the man is the only one who is left with no decision. Why don't we pass a law that it a man gets a woman pregnant and she decides to keep it the man can make a decision to sign away all of his parental rights to the child and is not responsible for child support. If he does that then the woman would have the choice to keep the child and be responsible for it fonacialy

or she has the choice to give it up for adoption or abort it.

This would level the field in that leaving both man and woman with choices in the matter the way it is now only the woman has a choice the man is stuck with his mistake for 18 years. The woman has a quick out if she wants

I agree with you

Equality is legal concept, not a biological one. The man has a choice about whether to insert his penis into the woman and impregnate her. Once he makes that 'gift,' it's inside the woman's body, and if it makes a baby, it's still inside her body and she has the right to control her body, just as a man does. The possibility of pregnancy is part of sex. One has to wonder, one does, whether you are bent out of shape because your fling HAD an abortion, or did NOT have an abortion, but in the end it makes no difference. If she decided to terminate the pregnancy, you have nothing to say about it. If she decided to NOT terminate the pregnancy, you have nothing to say about it either, and get out your checkbook or the County will levy on your wages and take the money.

Grow up, please. You're old enough to have sex? Then you should be old enough to think.

I think you confuse legal equality with simple biology. If men could get pregnant, and by your argument, therefore make the decision about whether or not to have or abort a child, this wouldn't even be an issue. So your point, sir, is moot.
