Parental Severance - 10 Day court posting for John Doe - where do they post that?

When parental rights are severed due to child abandonment, the court posts a 10 notification for John Doe when father paternity has not been established.

Where do they place the ad or notification for John Doe.

I guess it is the last step to make sure there are not any other potential fathers before the child can go up for adoption.

Thanks for any info anyone might have

I have looked in the local paper and there is nothing there

I have done a search through the website for CPS, DES and Government but I can't find anything

Whatever they do, I doubt that they try very hard to find the father. They would rather put the kid up for adoption.

Thank koragriff! Report It
