Raped child support?

i asked this question already but it seems i need to give more info so im just asking it again. since i was out of work after i had him i qualified for welfare, which is what someone told me to do that way dhs would go after him, however after 6 months i couldnt stand being on welfare so i got off and went back to work, so DHS is not helping, secondly, the free legal aid here despite 2 attemtps will not take me case, he is in the army and jag, wont help, in order for me to file a child support case, in the state of oklahoma u have prove paternity, which normal i could just sue him or something like that for paternity but i cant find him, he is in the army, and without a family card or something of the sort they wont give me info, and without a paternity test they wont help get child support its a huge circle, oo and in addition my son is 14 months old, i love him, im not giving him up for adoption, no one could raise him better than i. i think thats it

Usually your local district attorney will help you locate and prove paternity.

Did you press charges? I assume he wasn't convicted if you did... if you chose to not be examined afterwards, and the police didn't have to collect any samples from either of you, then unless he is willing to donate a sample to prove paternity, I think you may be out of luck, I'm sorry to say. At this point, it's your word vs his, and if there is no credible reason for a court to believe he is the father, such as a previous relationship, then they have no legal reason to compel him. and the US Military, God Bless them all, protects it's own. They'll never release any kind of medical or personal history without the court's official subpeona. I'm sorry you're in this tough situation, but I think you may just have to let go of the child support notion.

I do not know if this will help, but go to the post office with the father of the baby's address, for one dollar they will put a racer on him and should be able to give you his current address. After you have his address take it to welfare office and apply for benefits and let them deal with him
