What is the maximum age at which someone can be adopted in Scotland? |
Under Scottish law when does a person (who isn't married) become too old to be adopted? Once you have turned 18 it is too late to be adopted. 18 18 is the upper limit for adoption in Scotland, and if thats not possible the name can be changed by deed poll. |
