Can yall please help edit this answer by making it more professional and better:

A difficult situation where my supervisor was not available for guidance and the action I took to rectify it was when for example, as a Team Leader, in the position as an Administrative Security Technician, I am responsible for explaining the E-Pass technique procedures to both contract and federal employees. Providing customer service to clients and part of my duty was to answer inquires regarding the Homeland Security E-Pass Techniques. With little knowledge of the homeland security procedures to perform the E-Pass badge techniques, I had to conduct research on the E-Pass badges, sensitive information regarding the badges and how to apply enhanced information to myself in reference to providing information to the customers concerning their questions and or concerns regarding the badges. For example, I had to answer questions about why their index fingerprint had to be taken, why a pin-number was requested and further questions regarding the badge. With my supervisor being unavailable, researching information about the E-Pass badge made all questions and concerns regarding the badges very helpful and resourceful to the clients.

It seems a little "wordy." Look through it and remove as many words as you can. Take the long sentences and break them into separate sentences. You can remove the entire "with little knowledge.....techniques" and rewrite it into a short sentence.

It looks as though you've done a lot of work here and deserve a pat on the back but you should try to compact your answer...even cut it in half and get the same ideas across.

Good luck.

That looks pretty good. I would not change anything.
