What administrative agencies are governed by the legislative branch in relation to pharmacy issues? ie DEA??

All government agencies are control by the executive branch and overseen by the legislative branch.

Pharmacy is almost completely regulated by the states. Controlled substances are one of the only things regulated by the federal government.
