Can a non lawyer practice before an administrative law judge? |
Can a non lawyer practice before an administrative law judge? That is governed by the rules of the particular administrative agency. Many administrative agencies do allow non-attorney "hearing representatives" (or the equivelant) to practice, but some don't. |
